What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM Med Certified Caregiver position at Bayview Senior Care?
Provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan. Treat each resident with respect and dignity, and recognizes individual needs. Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, according to the individual service plan. Serves meals to residents in the dining room. Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the activity calendar. Maintains residents’ records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures. Laundry, cleaning according to shift requirements.
