We are looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team and help create a positive and engaging environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating meaningful experiences for seniors and will be responsible for developing and leading activities that promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The successful candidate will have experience in program development, event planning, and leading group activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Develop and implement activities that encourage socialization and foster meaningful relationships.
- Provide individualized attention to residents to ensure their needs are met.
- Organize and lead group activities such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, music programs, field trips, etc.
- Coordinate with other departments
- Provide guidance and support to staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
