Main Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Document safety inspections, citing dangerous areas or procedures, and recommend corrective action.
- Collaborate with site supervisory personnel to identify and remedy unsafe working conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to implement effective safety strategies and practices.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with safety inspection work in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in extreme environments and climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftops and in attics of multi-level buildings.
- Ability to travel to job sites performing site audits up to 25% of the time.
- Good driving record and valid driver's license.
