Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Bayway Catering in Linden, NJ. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in meal preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Other tasks include inventory management, menu planning, and adhering to food safety standards.
