Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both dental and medical office management. This role is crucial in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and provides exceptional patient care.

*Hours*: Monday/ Wednesday 9am-6pm, Tuesday/ Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday and/ or Saturday 9am- 2pm

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the dental office, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Oversee fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement practice management systems to streamline office processes and improve patient experience.
- Ensure effective scheduling of appointments and manage patient flow within the clinic.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Provenexperience in dental office management or a similar role within a medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of fiscal management practices including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in practice management software and other relevant technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and staff.
