Our Team Members are the smiling faces serving our guests at our drive thrus, front counters, and sandwich stations. As part of this position you will be trained in each of these areas. You will be deeply immersed in training to learn about our operations standards, food safety, health and safety, cleaning and sanitizing, and guest service. Part of this position will include maintaining our restaurant's cleanliness. As part of the position you will be required to sweep, mop, clean restrooms, change garbage's, clean the parking lot, clean the dining area, and clean behind the counter.
In this position you will:
- Greet & welcome guests with hospitality. Sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day!
- Complete guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts and more!
- Create delicious sandwiches and wraps
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Have fun while making your guests day!
Requirements
Must be able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds
Must be physically capable of standing for long periods of time
Excellent communication/listening skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Previous experience is not required, we will train you!
