Bazooka Candy Brands (BCB), is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager for our New York City headquarters. With iconic brands including Ring Pop, Push Pop, Bazooka Bubble gum, & Juicy Drop, BCB is one of the leading manufacturers & innovators of non-chocolate confections in the US. The Senior Associate role is on the E-Commerce marketing team which drives e-commerce development across the confectionary portfolio, a strategic priority and fast-growing area for BCB. Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce Marketing, the Senior Associate Brand Manager will make tangible contributions to Bazooka Candy Brands through :
- Strategically create and execute plans to ensure efficient & effective use of resources to meet revenue & profit targets
Working closely with media agency and retail partners to run digital advertising campaigns (search, etc.)
Working closely with agency partners and internal brand / graphics teams to create enhanced content, seasonal content refreshes and photographyWorking with customer service representatives to address product issuesManage product changes and updates, ensuring content matches latest shipmentsNew item set up with new retail partnersCompetitive monitoringDeveloping and executing end-to-end launch strategies, from conceptualization to implementationEvaluate market and competitive trends, consumer insights and ideate with sales team to develop new e-commerce product ideas
Working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to launch new products and creating a strong launch strategySupport Director in executing market research studies to drive insights to further enhance business effortsMonitoring & analyzing business performance for internal e-commerce team and management reportsContributing to creating the vision & strategy for cross-portfolio e-commerceManage monthly budgetQualifications : Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated track record of digital advertising, search and content developmentProficiency in organic search strategies and tactics specific to AmazonExperience in designing and implementing test and learn strategies in ecommerceSkilled in leading agencies to craft effective messaging and creative assets for e-commerceStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights , preferably through Amazons platformStrong project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently to meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal & communication skills to drive alignment across the organization, including senior managementDriven to stay updated on industry trends and new features on Amazon, fueled by a natural curiosity for continuous learning.Strong financial understanding including costing, budget, and P&L management.Strong bias for actionPassion for your businessStrategic thinkingProblem identification / solvingStrong cross-functional leadershipEducation / Experience
