Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical and mechanical components
- Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and changing filters
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within specified timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed
