Client Success Representative I (CSR I) | Kansas City, MO - Remote | $55,000-65,000 Base Salary Uncapped Commision

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Client Success Representative I (CSR I) to manage our onsite client relationships post-implementation. As a CSR I, you will provide unwavering support to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to utilize their process implementation skills to support a growing team. Your expertise will guide clients through challenges and optimize their experience with our services, contributing to our success. The ideal candidate excels in active listening, has deep service knowledge, and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills. Frequent travel is required throughout our territories in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Florida, and the Pacific Northwest.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Drive adoption and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the Client Success Team to optimize customer experience.
  • Ensure Service Excellence: Provide solutions for onsite services, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Offer Responsive Support: Be available for both onsite and virtual assistance as needed.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Develop client reports and KPI tracking to showcase impact.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set and Track Goals: Focus on measurable objectives for client success.
  • Optimize Client Success Strategies: Configure and manage solutions that drive results.
  • Assess & Address Client Needs: Proactively identify concerns and implement solutions.
  • Keep Clients Informed: Share updates on new features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Showcase Versatility: Combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Build Trust & Reputation: Foster relationships that enhance our standing in the industry.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional, and service-oriented.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Healthcare Experience: 1 year in the industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience maintaining relationships with physicians and clinical teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to exceed retention goals and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated: You get things done with precision and purpose.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Problem Solver: Able to think on your feet and resolve challenges efficiently.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Knowledge of senior healthcare executives as key stakeholder
  • Background in consultative sales or marketing
