Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Provide support to staff in various roles, including helping with cooking or food preparation as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred but not required.
