What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Baseball Coach position at BB Sports?
About us
BB Sports is an elite training facility that runs lessons, small group lessons, and teams. We take a highly advanced approach to training by using biomechanics to pinpoint specific areas that need work in baseball and softball movements. We use hittrax, rapsodo, diamond kinetics, 2d motion, and more to assess the movements of the body.
BB Sports is looking for a 14U assistant coach to coach for the 2025 season. Job will include
- Assisting in running practice and tournaments
- Guiding kids on baseball and life skills
- Coaching kids on the game skills required to play at a high level while keeping thew game fun
You will have an admin team behind you to accept payments, schedule, and pay for tournaments, contracts, etc.
Schedule Requirements
- Spring season will be 2 times a week practice and coaching on weekend(8-10 tournaments/year), March-July
High School and/or college baseball experience preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per year
