We are looking for an Information Warfare Project Lead to support mission-critical operations at Camp Lejeune, NC. This role requires someone who understands information warfare at the operational level, can integrate information disciplines into Marine Corps operations, and knows how to deliver in fast-moving, complex environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Mission Support Element (MSE) and Information Warfare Coordination for key Marine Corps operations.
- Plan, execute, and synchronize MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, PA, Space, and other information capabilities at the tactical and operational levels.
- Work directly with O-6 level staffs and above, advising on strategy and operations to ensure mission success.
- Adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments, making critical decisions with confidence.
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and analytical tools to manage data and drive operational planning.
What You Bring to the Fight
- Eight or more years of experience in the Department of Defense (military, civilian, or contractor) at a headquarters command level.
- Five or more years of experience in Marine Corps information operations.
- Deep expertise in multi-domain influence operations, deception, and operational security.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint for data management and collaboration.
- A clear, strategic communicator who can integrate and collaborate at the O-6 level and above.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
What Would Make You Stand Out
- Experience with Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), or Joint Planning Process (JPP).
- Strong knowledge of Joint, Naval, and Marine Corps doctrine, missions, and capabilities.
- Understanding of USEUCOM, USAFRICOM, USCENTCOM, and USSOUTHCOM Areas of Responsibility.
- Completion of MOPC, SOPC, or equivalent information warfare courses.
