Position Summary
BB6 seeking a highly qualified and experienced part time WMD/CBRN Instructor to provide expert training and guidance in the field of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) operations. The instructor will play a key role in preparing personnel to manage complex threats and scenarios involving hazardous materials and emerging risks.

The instructor will play a key role in preparing personnel to manage complex threats and scenarios involving hazardous materials and emerging risks.
Responsibilities
- Service as an instructor and subject matter expert in the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks associated with WMB/CBRN
- Develop and implement realistic training scenarios to simulate WMD incidents, including tabletop and full-scale exercises.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance readiness and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in CBRN and WMD response to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of operational experience in WMB/CBRN response.
- HSEEP and FEMA IS certifications
- Hands-on experience with WMB/CBRN instruction
