BB6 Defense is seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead a groundbreaking force modernization initiative. This role is at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational excellence—empowering you to shape the future of information warfare (IW) and multi-domain operations (MDO). You’ll oversee a talented team, drive the integration of emerging capabilities, and ensure scalable solutions are ready for deployment in the most complex environments.

What You’ll Do

Lead with Purpose: 🧭

Own the end-to-end execution of force modernization initiatives, delivering results on time, within scope, and with excellence.
Build and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability across all project areas.
Align emerging technologies with operational needs to create solutions that matter on Day One.

Be the Strategic Connector: 🤝

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives align seamlessly with client mission priorities.
Engage regularly with senior leaders to provide updates, manage risks, and drive alignment.
Build bridges between teams, clients, and partners to keep the mission on track.

Deliver Operational Impact: ⚙️

Spearhead the development of long-range Training and Exercise Plans (TEEPs) to ensure units are prepared for deployment.
Lead efforts to design and deploy scalable detachments, such as Multi-Domain Effects Teams (MDETs), that are ready for global operations.
Oversee the rapid prototyping and integration of technologies in cyber, space, and electronic warfare, ensuring operational readiness.

Drive Modernization: 💻

Refine frameworks to integrate IW and MDO into operational planning, ensuring synchronization with joint missions.
Lead the professionalization and sustainment of operational centers, creating agile and effective workflows.
Use data and innovation to identify vulnerabilities and develop unconventional capabilities that deliver operational overmatch.

What You Bring

Required Skills

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
💼 Experience:

At least 5 years managing complex defense projects, with a focus on IW and MDO.
Proven track record of integrating emerging technologies into military operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

📜 Certifications: PMP certification preferred; certifications in IW, cyber, or EW are a plus.

🔐 Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with Force Design 2030 and related military modernization efforts.
Experience working with Combatant Commands (CENTCOM, AFRICOM, EUCOM, SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM).
Knowledge of Kill Chain Analysis methodologies.
