Job Title: Before-School Sports Coach (Soccer)

About BBA: A nationally recognized youth sports academy specializing in soccer, basketball, cheerleading, yoga, flag football programs and more designed to foster athletic excellence, teamwork, and character development in children. Our goal is to empower young athletes and provide them with the skills they need to succeed on and off the field.
We are expanding our after-school programs across multiple locations in the U.S. and are seeking passionate coaches to help us inspire and develop the next generation of athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and interactive sports coaching sessions for youth players of various ages and skill levels.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Design and implement age-appropriate training drills, games, and strategies for both sports.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants during each session.
- Arrive on time, take attendance, and make sure children are supervised until their parents pick them up. Keep parents and the BBA team informed about player progress, schedules, and updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sports coaching or a related field, focusing on working with youth, particularly soccer.
- Strong passion for mentoring and instilling values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Must pass a background check (district requirement).
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone for communication are required.
- Availability to coach before school from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM on Fridays starting on February 14th, 2025.
Compensation:
- $25.00 - $55.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
- Paid per session.
