Position: Head AAU Basketball Coach (Fall Season) – Morristown, TN
BBA 315 Inc. is a highly successful basketball skill development academy with locations across 15 states. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to fill multiple Head AAU Basketball Coach positions in various locations, including Morristown, TN.
This position is for the Spring Season, running from March-June. The role involves leading a team of young athletes, guiding them through practices and tournaments. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about basketball and coaching, with a dedication to helping athletes develop their skills and teamwork.
Key Details:
- Season Duration: March to June
- Schedule:
- Weeknight practices (after 6pm)
- Weekend tournaments (Saturday and Sunday)
Requirements:
- Previous athletic experience and a background in working with children
- First Aid and CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must own a smartphone or computer for regular communication via text and email
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a focus on making the experience fun for the athletes!
Responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly to all practices and events
- Take attendance at practices and games
- Develop and follow a structured practice plan
- Ensure team discipline and positive behavior
- Foster an environment that encourages teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship
