CCI FSS, LLC is currently seeking a Facilities Security Officer to join our dynamic CCI-FSS team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH). In this key role, you'll manage day-to-day operations of the personnel and security program and overseeing employee security clearances and suitability. Responsibilities include tracking investigations, verifying security forms, coordinating with HR on onboarding and offboarding, assisting with security violations, developing briefings, and handling access requests for client facilities and consulting teams.

Responsibilities
This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Working Environment
Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

Responsibilities
- Administer the day-to-day operations of the personnel & security program in support of the FSO
- Assist in overseeing high volume employee personnel security clearances (PCLs) and suitability, including initiating investigations/reinvestigations
- Review and verify required security forms (e.g., SF86, SF85) and track investigation lifecycle process. Provide weekly PCL status to FSO & People Ops
- Work closely with HR/People Ops for citizenship verifications and onboarding/offboarding process -ensuring all cleared personnel are debriefed and removed from access
- In cases of security violations or breaches, assist in conducting investigations to determine the source, extent, and potential impact of the incident
- Develop security briefings/newsletters, track completion, and maintain training records
- Assist personnel with CAC applications, PIV, SCl nomination letters and badging requests for client facility access
- Process visit requests (VARs), acting as a BCG Fed liaison to hosting facility security to ensure seamless access for traveling consulting teams
- U.S. Citizenship (mandatory)
