Account Supervisor
We are seeking an Account Supervisor to oversee marketing objectives and build a strong rapport with clients. Candidates should have experience leading integrated advertising campaigns (with an emphasis on TV), managing a team, and building relationships with senior executives within the client and agency.
Responsibilities
- Manages the execution of multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment & initiatives flawlessly.
- Collaborates and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional team members to create best in class work.
- Ability to think strategically, proactively identifying problems and resolutions before they happen.
- Effectively manages internal and external relationships, including partner agencies, with a strong emphasis on media relationships.
- Develops and delivers effective and persuasive POVs.
- Strengthens Client/Agency relationship with proactive and value-added thinking, talking and visiting in person daily.
- Recommends business-building ideas, both for Client’s business and for our own.
- Demonstrates fiscal responsibility in managing budgets and resource utilization.
- Trains, mentors and supervises junior team members
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience managing people/teams
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite an added plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of how most digital platforms work and the ability to form an opinion on how the current landscape impacts the work and the Client’s business.
- Ability to use data and analytics to identify trends and make observations. Works with planning to translate these into meaningful implications for Clients.
- Stays on top of new technology, trends and media and shares these learnings with internal teams and Clients.
- Understands and can translate how a consumer is connected across the ecosystem including store/social/digital ads/mobile/commerce/web and apps, etc.
