Account Executive
The Account Executive coordinates the development and execution of each campaign. Responsibilities range from overseeing project development, collaborating with the partner agencies, managing production and providing day-to-day contact with the client. The Account Executive helps the agency create and execute great work.
Responsibilities :
- Understands and embraces the agency's process while actively pursuing ways to innovate and refine in the name of excellent client work.
- Leads partners and client team through weekly status, providing updates on project milestones
- Strives for the highest standards of quality and ensures that the agency's work delivers on the client's strategic goals, holding the client and internal teams accountable to agreed terms.
- Collaborates with media agency on channel strategy, deliverables, and deadlines
- Actively gathers project requirements and prepares complete documentation for internal scoping, as well as internal and client project kick-offs.
- Lead internal departments and client team on project level details and execution of the campaign.
- Establishes project schedules, briefings, and meetings.
- Executes job orders, status reports, conference reports, estimates, and trafficking.
- Manages timelines, budget compliance, legal and network approvals, talent costs, and cost consultants.
- Prepares financial reconciliations, monthly billing reports, estimates and invoicing.
- Develops an astute business acumen through thorough understanding of the clients’ business, products, goals and competitors.
- Stays on top of new technology, trends and media and shares these learnings with internal teams and Clients.
- Collaborates and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional team members and agency partners to create best in class work.
Qualifications :
We are only considering candidates that currently live in Los Angeles. The targeted annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 and may vary depending several factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, education, skills and job qualifications.
