Account Director
We are seeking an Account Director in the San Francisco office to oversee marketing objectives and build a strong rapport with clients across the line of business. Candidates should have experience leading integrated advertising campaigns (with an emphasis on TV), managing a team, and building relationships with senior executives within the client and agency. The ideal person for this role is a multi-faceted marketer, relentlessly inquisitive, ruthlessly competitive, naturally collaborative, and a leader who inspires innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leads the day-to-day direction and communication for your team.
- Responsible for oversight and execution of all content programs; including those with partner agencies.
- Understands the Client organization and can navigate difficult situations both in advance of and in reaction to problems.
- Formulates effective thought leadership and has a strong knowledge of the Clients business beyond advertising output.
- Contributes to strategic excellence and selling of breakthrough ideas in all forms.
- Passion for creativity and the Work; trusted partner to creative leads and teams.
- Overseeing creative workflows for client campaigns and events, including TV & video content, display advertising, social media, and audio.
- Engages and collaborates with the broader OMC network.
- Demonstrates fiscal responsibility and ensures Agency team is knowledgeable about the process and all Client guidelines.
- Serves as a mentor to junior team members and exemplifies leadership behavior.
