BBG has an immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney. This position will focus on working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment assisting industry leading clients in the resolution of construction disputes. Litigation Associates are empowered to assist with all phases of construction claims. Successful candidates should have a passion for the construction industry. Relevant work experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
WHAT YOU WOULD DO :
- Litigation, arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution board actions, and other dispute resolution related to construction contracts and / or projects.
- Draft, revise and negotiate construction agreements.
- Provide guidance on project-related legal matters including risk management and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize strong legal research and writing skills to combine legal principles with practical industry solutions.
- Strategize with project teams before, during, and after the construction phase of projects.
