Overview:

• Part Time
• Nights Weekends (some weekday) but very flexible hours (2 event/month commitment)
• $20/hr
• People person
• Technically savvy
• Must be able to lift 60lbs unassisted
• Must have reliable transportation (SUV or similar preferred)
• Photography experience a plus, not required

• You’re fast and fit. You’ll be rolling in and setting up equipment for events. It’s important to be efficient and takes some muscle - it’s a good time!
• You’re creative. You have an eye for aesthetics and can help create fun and unique event experiences.
• You’re great with details. Details are everything - all the boxes must be checked, and double-checked.

Role Description:

This is a contract role for an Event Attendant at BBG Events. The Event Attendant will commit to at least 2 events per month, signing up for events each month prior. The attendant will pick up necessary equipment at our warehouse, travel to the venue, and set up, operate, and break down event rentals (most often photobooths, backdrops, and marquee letters). The role requires operating photobooth equipment, coordinating with vendors, and providing excellent guest service. We are located downtown in Bowling Green, KY and we service events in surrounding counties. Check us out @bbgevents.co
