BBG, Inc. is seeking an organized and driven individual with excellent communication skills to write proposals for BBG’s services in response to public RFPs. Client emphasis will be placed on municipalities nationwide. The Manager will report to the leader of the Municipal Services Team and will potentially assist others from time to time. This is a hybrid position, the Manager is expected to be in-person for up to three days per week.
The Manager will have significant influence over and responsibility for the firm’s external interaction with clients. In addition, the Manager will have regular contact with BBG’s client managers nationwide. Daily expectations will be to monitor multiple sources for client RFPs of BBG’s services, build and maintain a pipeline of proposals in process, and research & write proposals for on-time delivery. The Manager will need to familiarize themself with BBG’s service offerings, organizational structure, business model and commercial real estate due diligence in general. A successful candidate will be able to ask colleagues detailed questions and extract the information needed to write compelling and attention-grabbing proposals.
The manager’s most important contribution to the Team’s success will come from an ability to articulate BBG’s differentiators to the potential client via the final proposal.
