Location: Kansas City / Independence, Missouri

Join our team at Burrell / Comprehensive as a Licensed Clinical Therapist in our Outpatient Services program!
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you'll provide ongoing individual and group counseling, as well as group education, to assigned populations. You'll also provide crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, and psychosocial assessments. Our ideal candidate is passionate about mental health and addiction treatment, has experience in counseling and group facilitation, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to assigned caseload of clients, including individual, family, and group services
- Appropriately document all clinical/program activities according to quality standards
- Conduct treatment planning and reviews for assigned clients in a timely and clinically appropriate manner
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate service delivery
- Coordinate and monitor group counseling and group education activities for program participants
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work or related field
- 2 years of experience preferred but not required
- Current Missouri License as: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
