Job Summary:
The Practice Manager plays a vital role in providing administrative oversight for designated psychiatry clinics within a defined region. This position is essential in supporting our medical providers and enhancing productivity on a day-to-day basis. By ensuring clinic workflows are optimized, the Practice Manager contributes to delivering the best possible patient experience and supports providers in their mission to offer exceptional care.

In this role, you will oversee various administrative functions, coordinate training programs, and collaborate with department leadership to ensure the seamless integration of new medical providers. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of care we provide to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain communication with higher education institutes to coordinate clinical student training programs for all regions.
• Collaborate with department leadership to ensure timely and accurate delivery of training programs and integration processes for new medical providers.
• Manage clerkship and training programs for medical students and Advanced Practice Registered Nursing students at our facilities, working closely with the universities' clinical education departments.
• Prepare reports for individual providers and distribute them to department leaders as requested.
• Collaborate with medical staff and department leaders to identify knowledge gaps and enhance employee performance through additional training.
• Maintain oversight of TMS clinical operations, including scheduling training and monitoring system utilization.
• Work with Practice Management leadership to establish and maintain clinical care pathways for psychiatry and addiction medicine clients.
• Establish and maintain communication with Brightli leaders and community partners for Consultation and Liaison services.
• Prepare and maintain invoices for the Brightli Medical Groups to share with the finance team monthly.
• Assist medical providers in securing information related to clinical presentations.
• Participate in all required meetings and function in accordance with Operational Guidelines and professional ethics.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in a medical clinic is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
