Join us as a Lead Specialist in Account Opening team, Fund Order and Custody department!
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Lead Specialist to join our Account Opening team. In this role you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information; preparing documentation for opening and maintaining accounts with transfer agencies; updating internal systems; communicating with funds, transfer agents, vendors; providing updates to the client throughout account opening process; preparing different kinds of reports.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Act as SME in your team: analyze Fund’s official documents, application forms, contract notes and be able to use information to prepare documents required to open and maintain accounts with transfer agencies, prepare reports, take leadership in different production cases.
Check the documentations prepared by the other specialists in the team.
Ensure daily tasks are met consistently with high quality and timeliness.
Prioritize tasks accordingly and be able to work under time pressure
Identify, communicate, and properly escalate potential issue and cases with high exposure
Communicate professionally and constructively with internal and external parties via email, phone or in direct conversion
Utilize and operate all tools and technology appropriate to the role.
Provide training and assisting in development of new team members.
Constantly seek opportunity to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Assist in creating and updating procedures as needed

Desired Qualifications:
1 years of work experience. Investment Funds knowledge and/or custody operations understanding is an advantage
Strong English skills (C1)
Research, analysis, and problem resolution skills
Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
Organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and adjust to competing priorities
Ability to work in a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment
General knowledge of MS Office
