- How might we implement AI agents in particularly secure and sensitive contexts with confidence?
- How do we build self-healing systems that improve over time?
- How do we evaluate the tradeoffs between multiple AI implementation options?
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of ML and LLM pipelines. This includes fine-tuning, GenAI, RAG, but also data science algorithms, data-structure, knowledge graphs best practices and their integration into business processes.
- Proficiency in writing clean and efficient code and deploying services on cloud computing platforms, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and tools.
- Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle, to adjust experiments and knowledge sharing sessions in response to the current stages of our concepts.
- Continuously evaluate the models being published and the techniques being shared in the AI ecosystem.
- Support internal knowledge sharing about AI current trends and practice, so the team is also up to date with the market capabilities.
- Have stellar communication skills, especially the ability to deeply listen and clearly explain.
- Bonus: Strong knowledge of the Azure AI Platform and/or LLM Orchestration and observability.
Desired Experience
- 3 years of professional experience in Product-focused Engineering and/or AI Engineering, with a track-record of products delivered to the market.
- Practical experience in designing, implementing, deploying and analyzing state-of-the-art models and/or expertise in explainability methods.
- Experience and understanding of digital product and service design and development, working within, or alongside an innovation or product team.
- Have demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects.
