Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Client Cash Management Team Leader to join our Team. In this role you will direct Global Cash Services team resources to achieve overall client satisfaction and serve as a point of escalation for complex cash related issues. You will manage core product functions as required to support high client satisfaction. As a Team Leader you will be manage your direct supervisors and l work closely with the Client Cash Oversight Manager on overall team management including management reporting, budgeting, oversight, risk/audit issues, projects and strategic initiatives.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Establish service standards for assigned client groups ensuring standards are shared with and understood by team members and all internal support groups
Serve as an senior escalation point for client service issues and deliverables
Work closely with Client Service teams to stay abreast of client goals and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
Coordinate with Cash Operations as well as CSG, RM and Treasury on any issues impacting client cash management
Responsible as the day to day technical or functional expert in their assigned areas and directs the activity of supervisors and staff
Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants
Participate in inter-departmental and cross Line of Business Project teams and act as Global Cash representative on cross departmental projects
Complete and oversee the completion of the BBH annual performance review process.and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual and team performance. Manage performance issues and disciplinary process for employees falling below set expectations
Review and discuss client cash issues requiring escalation with Sr. Management and continually revise guidelines and policies to enhance team effectiveness
Manage controls efficiently to alleviate any areas of potential risk
Work closely and establish good working relationships across the organization including with Global Cash Operations, CSG, Corporate Actions, Trade Management, FX, Funds Transfer, Treasury and Relationship Management to resolve issues
Work closely with clients to understand their cash management processes and investment goals to ensure BBH is providing all relevant reporting and data to them
Realize team and client efficiencies through increased automation and improved workflows
Lead and assist in implementing the coordination of new business, product implementations and conversions and provide support of Global Cash investment projects and strategic initiatives
Support the Cash Oversight Manager in planning strategic goals for the team including staffing, new products, strategic client projects and goal setting
Work with internal systems groups on client and firmwide cash related projects (BRD, UAT, implementation, etc)

Desired Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
4 - 6 years of Financial Services experience
Maintain a strong knowledge of BBH’s Departments/LOBs, systems, and services
Build and maintain relationships at all levels both within and outside the organization
Customer Service orientation, works to exceed client expectations
Demonstrated excellence in Written/Verbal communications to a variety of audiences
Demonstrate strong project management skills
Demonstrate strong risk management skills
Facilitate process improvements
Ability to participate in planning and budgeting process
