Join us as a Junior Operations Specialist – Trade Processing!
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Operations Specialist TP to join our Trade Processing team.
In this role you will be experienced within all responsibilities noted below.
You will be responsible for performing specialized operations related to securities processing activities in support of the firm’s business lines. These activities include: accurate and timely preparation of management reporting, audit documentation, coordination of project, testing and attestations.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and statistics as required.
- Assist other team members in the day- to-day, activities, project, and testing efforts.
- Triage requests for new process implementation within TP teams.
- Coordinate regular attestations in the department.
- Participate in various Audit cycles- monitor requests and produce necessary reports.
- Coordinate BCP related activities such as updating database or other miscellaneous process tasks.
- Ensure daily output standards for both quality and timeliness are met.
- Utilize and operate all tools and technology appropriate to the role.

Desired Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of working experience, financial services experience preferred.
- Demonstrated PC skills. Good knowledge of MS office- PowerPoint, Excel and Access will be a plus.
- Research, analysis and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- Organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
