International Account Executive

We are seeking an International Account Executive specializing in drayage to join our growing Drayage team at BBI Logistics. You will be responsible for creating and managing your individual book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers.

What you’ll be doing.

• Energize your creativity to identify and self-generate new leads within the drayage market. Seek out potential clients and establish initial contact.
• Make 60 cold calls per day and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders including shipping lines, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and port authorities
• Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, carriers, and suppliers
• Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, keeping a finger on the pulse of the drayage landscape to capitalize on emerging opportunities
• Expand market in US and MX
• Collaborate with team mates to ensure smooth and efficient drayage operations

What you’ll bring to the table.

• 1 years professional selling experience
• Experience selling drayage services preferred but not required
• Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling prospects and making a sale
• You are a master at closing the deal
• Willing to go the extra mile to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit (if you’re not first, you’re last)
• Strong ability to sell and negotiate with confidence and a winning attitude
• Maintain composure in high-stress scenarios
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to recognize and prioritize profitable opportunities
