Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring they have everything they need.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20-25 pounds.
