What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst/Management Analyst position at BBNCALLJOBSROLLUP?
SpecPro Management Services, LLC Data Analyst/Management Analyst for Federal Recognition (FEDREC) Process Support Personnel Actions processing (Federal Recognition Actions and Promotions). This role is 100% Remote.
What You'll Do:
The contractor shall process unit vacancy promotions per screening criteria and standards outlined in NGR 600-101 and NGR 600-100; Coordinate promotion standards with ARNG-HRM points of contact to determine if the position is a valid vacancy;
The contractor shall coordinate with State points of contact to resolve eTracker issues and errors IAW the DPO SOP. The contractor shall track actions taken by each State using business rules provided in eTracker. The contractor shall provide an interim response or solutions to States inquiries via email and eTracker within 24 hours upon receipt.
The contractor shall receive and conduct quality assurance for Officer and Warrant Officer Promotion packets IAW the SOP. The contractor shall screen and verify administrative data for accuracy on approximately 500 packets per week IAW standards provided in AR 135-175, NGR 600-100, and NGR 600-101.
The contractor shall receive and process special orders for promotion actions IAW the SOP. The contractor shall review and acknowledge receipt in eTracker within 2 business days. Process an average of 15 Special Orders per week
The contractor shall provide email and telephonic responses for promotion actions and FEDREC to the ARNG 54 states and territories and Title 10 NGB Soldiers IAW the SOP. The contractor shall respond to an average of 200 phone and email inquiries per week; respond to each request within 48 hours of receipt.
The contractor shall process access requests and removal of access for the eTracker system IAW the SOP. Access is standardized using DD Form 2875 System Authorization Access Request IAW Public Law 99-474; Access is granted or removed within five (5) business days IAW Public Law 99-474.
The contractor shall provide and maintain status reports and updates for the eTracker system IAW AR 135-175, NGR 600-100 and HRP-R SOP. The contractor shall update packet status on a daily basis IAW the eTracker system business rules.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree or related field/equivalent combination of education, technical training/work experience
Typically requires 3-5 years directly related experience
