TekPro Support Services, LLC is hiring for a HR Security Specialist. The HR Staffing Security supports security efforts for their designated command station.
This is a 100% onsite position at Stewart Lee Udall Department of the Interior Building in Washington, D.C. This is a part time or full time for about 9 months.
Responsibilities:
Initiate background investigations and review completed forms in NBIS system.
Complete daily eDelivery downloads and enter in the NPS Backgrounds Investigation Management Database and on spreadsheets.
Mail out childcare forms (if the support is not remote and report to MIB).
Initiate PERSEC tasks in USA Staffing.
Upload signed Certificates of Investigations (COI)s into eOPF.
Complete Sponsor tasks in DOIAccess.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Understanding of security policies, procedures and practices relevant to government contracts.
Familiarity with regulations such as FAR and DFARS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with HRIS Security and External Recruitment Resources
