TSI is currently seeking FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program Delivery Managers (PDMGs) to support our disaster recovery team in Georgia and North Carolina. We're looking for PDMGs who can overcome challenges and complete projects in any environment. If you're someone who can take direction but doesn’t always need to be told what to do, then we want to hear from you. PDMGs will work closely with FEMA and local government officials to provide supplemental disaster grant assistance for the repair, replacement, and restoration of disaster-damaged, public owned facilities. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: site damage inspections, cost estimate and scope of work development, exploratory calls and recovery scoping meetings, project reviews and validation, review and determination of hazard mitigation requirements, and environmental & historic preservation reviews and guidance. This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DHS/FEMA Clearance.

Responsibilities:
Prepare for site inspection- receive, review, and accept a work order request; coordinate with all site inspection participants; and gather the tools, information and documents needed to conduct site inspections.
Receive and accept site inspection work order assignments through Grants Manager.
Coordinate logistics with participants and learn as much as possible about damaged infrastructure before the inspection.
Call the Applicant’s representative one business day before the inspection.
Fill out a Site Inspection Report
Discuss the Applicant’s intended method of repair
Take photos of the facility and components
Complete the SIR and request the Applicant’s signature
Meet with PDMG to debrief
Enter SIR data into Grants Manager
Create and upload documents
Review the SIR and DDD using the DDD Review Checklist
Send DDD to the PDMG
Education and Experience:
Must have 5 years of experience in a related field (with high school diploma or equivalent)
Must meet state licensure or certification requirements where applicable
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word
Must have the ability to navigate the internet for research purposes
Must be competent in smart phone usage.
Should be familiar with Grants Manager
Should have experience with local and federal regulations and building codes (i.e. International Building Code), to identify resilience measures and consensus-based codes and standards
