Regional Program Manager
Join our team at PPS as the NW Florida Regional Program Manager where you'll be responsible for providing leadership and programmatic oversight for our Regional Business unit. We're on the lookout for driven, entrepreneurial-minded self-starters who are eager to build their business on a solid platform.
As Program Manager at PPS, you'll be a key player in developing new opportunities alongside our Preconstruction team, while leading projects with our Operations division and nurturing amazing team members every step of the way. Our goal is to empower you to become a business owner within the PPS platform. We'll kickstart your journey with an initial backlog and provide all the support you need to thrive.
Requirements:- Must reside between Panama City Beach, FL and Pensacola, FL- Must have minimum of 15 years commercial or industrial electrical experience- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Trade experience (preferred)
- Business Degree (preferred, but not required)
- Federal construction experience (preferred, but not required)
- Prior Leadership experience
Responsibilities:
New Business Development (Regional Federal and Commercial)
Target Gov’t Clients, Utilities, and General Contract opportunities
Backlog Growth
Client Relations
Personnel Development
Coordination with Preconstruction teams
Collaboration with Operations division
Budgets, forecasts, and Business Line P&L responsibility. This candidate will manage Operating Income but not be responsible for EBITDA or Net Income figures that fall below the OPEX line.
Assess and realign current program to best meet the needs for future success, having support from several PPS teams.
Conduct program wide interviews and surveys to determine weaknesses and develop corrective measure actions.
Implement a large data empowerment initiative.
