We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Purchasing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. You will process orders received through various channels, coordinate with inventory, sales, and warehousing teams, and address customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders received via various channels (online, phone, email, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Regularly check inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate department. Work closely with procurement or warehousing teams to ensure stock availability.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their orders, shipping, delivery time, and product availability.
- Provide customers with tracking details and update them on any changes or delays.
- Confirm product information and quantities on orders to ensure accuracy.
- Identify areas of improvement in the order fulfillment process and suggest solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, application engineers, and warehousing, to ensure seamless order processing.
- Continuously update knowledge on products, company policies, and industry best practices.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
