- Ability to unpack complex data and make business recommendations
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel and SQL
- VBA and macros
- Write SQL Queries
- Experience with data visualization and cloud storage systems
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience evaluating digital marketing and marketing retention programs
- Ability to calculate ROI of traditional media
- Exceptional critical thinker who is not afraid to challenge current business practices
- Bachelor's degree. (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or Finance preferred. MBA a plus.)
- 2-4 year of experience
