Position Overview: In this engaging support role, the Front Desk Receptionist champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:
- Answering all incoming calls, determine purpose of caller, and forward call to appropriate personnel or department.
- Welcoming onsite visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors.
- Receiving, sorting, and routing mail. Maintaining mailroom including corporate and field staff mailboxes, stocking corporate stationery and basic office supplies.
- Preparing outgoing mail, packages and correspondence, including weekly field employee mailings. Maintaining employee addresses for mailing and shipping.
- Conducting corporate office tours for new hires, field staff, and vendors.
- Maintaining employee birthday and anniversary list, ensuring cards are stocked and prepared for distribution.
- Acting as troubleshooter for copier and fax machines; maintaining adequate stock of toner, ink cartridges, and copy paper in copy rooms.
- Assisting Director, Human Resources with building maintenance issues, vendor relations, and special projects.
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee kitchens which includes but not limited to stocking of supplies and maintenance of equipment/vending machines.

Foundations of your career:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Requires previous administrative or office support experience; prefer two year's recent experience in a front desk role.
