Job Description
- Procurement Management: Oversee procurement activities in the NAFTA region, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, cost control, and process optimization. Establish and roll out procurement policies and procedures to guide procurement towards long-term business objectives.
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for the NAFTA region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and supporting business objectives. Drive BBS Automation regional procurement performance to excellence.
- Sourcing and Supplier Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery, and service levels meet company standards. Monitor the regional sourcing market and adapt when required to the changing environment.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, develop mitigation plans, and ensure supply chain stability and continuity, including supplier quality assurance and compliance management.
