Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with good communication and motivation skills, as well as efficient multitasking and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to :
- Provided administrative support to team members, including making copies, scanning of documents, inputting of financial documents into QuickBooks and organizing documents
- Communicate effectively with all team members and employees daily
- Greet and answer general questions via phone calls and face-to-face client contact
- Have knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams and Adobe
- Know how to file alphanumerically and Scan documents into various databases
- Tracking and managing of various duties assigned
- Order and track supplies as needed
- Maintaining a clean and orderly working environment
- Constant keying of data and information accurately and effectively into data systems and / or spreadsheets

High School diploma / GED.
Work Hours : 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Type : Full-time
Pay Rate : Pay : $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Location : Modesto, CA.
