Are you an organized and detail-oriented insurance professional looking to grow in the industry? Integrity Insurance & Bonding Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager Assistant to support our personal lines team and help deliver outstanding service to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Assist Personal Lines Account Managers with policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and client communications.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate client records.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Help track and follow up on policy changes, cancellations, and payments.
Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and update policy details.
Serve as a backup for the receptionist when they are absent, assisting with phone calls and front desk responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Active Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (Required).
✔ Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn insurance management systems.
✔ A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
