NOTE : Our distribution warehouse busy season is coming up around the end of February or the beginning of March! We are seeking qualified individuals who are willing to wait for that busy season to come around and be ready to work! Please understand this will be a permanent role! Much have experience in operating a Stand-Up / Cherry Picker Forklift or Reach Forklift also using RF Scanners.
Position : Warehouse Picker / Stand-Up-Cherry Picker Forklift Operator
Schedule : 1 : 30 PM-10 PM Monday-Thursday, 11 : 30 AM-7 PM on Fridays.
Mandatory : Willing to train for 1 week on the day shift (6 : 00 am-2 : 30 pm) before moving to the Swing Shift.
Pay : $18hr
Situation : We need a picker who can start pre-picking orders. We need someone who has experience with order pickers and reach. RF Scanner experience.
About : Our Warehouse Distribution Center is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the Intermountain West. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Warehouse Picker position at our Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Responsibilities :
- Must demonstrate basic material handling / packaging / warehouse equipment skills
- Fill customers’ orders using proven picking processes to achieve established production and accuracy objectives.
- Experience using the WMS RF scanner to complete the picking process efficiently.
- Calculate figures and amounts using basic math skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Able to use computer and company software.
- Work and communicate well with co-workers.
- Treat co-workers with respect.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
