Job Title : Regional Operations Manager – Northern California

Position Summary
The Regional Operations Manager will oversee Northern California operations, focusing on productivity, service quality, and daily logistics. Reporting to the CEO, this role collaborates with other regional divisions to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and support office leads, warehouse leads, and delivery drivers (~10 staff).
- Oversee dispatch and customer service teams, ensuring high performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and damage claims promptly while working to reduce incidents.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, motivated work environment.
Warehouse and Logistics Operations
Ensure the Santa Clara division meets / exceeds productivity targets and operational efficiency.Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate, timely deliveries across Northern California.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction
Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high service standards.Drive customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.Process Improvement
Create and refine operational processes to boost efficiency and consistency.Implement best practices across the division.Communication and Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between the Santa Clara office and the CEO.Communicate regional challenges, successes, and needs effectively to upper management.Oversee the logistics of deliveries both in the Southern California area and transfers between other divisions in order to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.Metrics for Success

10 years of experience in Logistics Operations with 5 years of management experienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in operations / logistics management, preferably in the furniture industry.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in inventory and logistics management.Job Details
