BBSI, in collaboration with a premier industrial equipment service provider located in Orange County, is in search of a dynamic Billing Specialist to join our amazing team
Job Summary :
We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to take full ownership of our invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless workflow from Job Complete to Invoice Exported . This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by validating labor, tracking materials, and ensuring timely, accurate billing. You’ll also support accounting and bookkeeping functions, working closely with our Controller to manage AR, AP, banking transactions, and other key financial processes.

Responsibilities : Billing & Invoicing
- Own the entire billing cycle from job completion to invoice export.
- Validate labor hours on timesheets for payroll, job costing, and billing .
- Ensure materials are accurately tracked for job costing and invoicing .
- Format, organize, and send invoices, maintaining consistency and clarity.
- Export finalized invoices to QuickBooks Online (QBO) .
- Follow up on outstanding invoices as needed to maintain cash flow.
