Job Overview
We are seeking in Ontario, Ca a detail-oriented and strategic Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and implementing best practices in inventory control. This role is critical in supporting our distribution center and retail management efforts, contributing to overall business success.
Shift Hrs : 8am-5pm M-F
One hour lunch
Occasional Saturday's
Pay $28.00 to $34 per hour (Temp2Hire)

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory levels across multiple locations to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Utilize Nielsen systems and data visualization tools to analyze inventory trends and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the supply chain.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and implement process improvements based on findings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage contracts effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, providing reports and insights to senior management.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for inventory control and management.
