Job Description:
As the Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind launching and scaling a new delivery service company. From establishing operational foundations to integrating state-of-the-art software, you’ll lead every step of this transformative journey. Your vision, expertise, and leadership will play a critical role in setting this venture apart in the logistics service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build the Foundation: Design and implement operational processes, workflows, and structures for the new logistics business.

· Technology Leadership: Oversee the integration and customization of logistics software, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript to optimize efficiency.

· Project Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and milestones.

· Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

· Strategic Planning: Create scalable systems that position the company for long-term growth and success.

· Risk and Problem Management: Identify challenges early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to ensure project success.

· Stakeholder Communication: Keep key stakeholders informed with clear updates, aligning on progress, goals, and outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

· 5 years of project management experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain operations.

· Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with software integration.

· Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion.

· Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
