Schedule : 1st shift Monday to Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support the operations of a recognized and growing leader in the manufacturing space. The maintenance technician will oversee the upkeep of metal fabricating facilities. Individuals in this role will leverage their technical experience — from plumbing to carpentry to electrical systems — to ensure the continued stability of the company’s operations. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing building inspections, stocking inventories, and scheduling repairs. In doing so, the maintenance technician will solve problems and facilitate excellent conditions for our customers and workers.

Essential Duties :

• Maintain Fabrication, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry equipment
• Establish maintenance processes and procedures
• Improve cleanliness and sanitation protocols
• Address customer and employee concerns and fix facility problems
• Expedite repairs to help the company more quickly accomplish its goals
• Inspect & repair buildings, equipment, and systems for stability and quality
• Build and execute maintenance budget plans
• Perform tasks such as parts replacements, cleaning, landscaping, and more
• Maintain inventory records on a per-department basis
