Part-Time Warehouse Associate
Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support operations at our Lakeland, FL warehouse. The ideal candidate is coachable, self-driven, and has prior experience in warehouse operations, including shipping / receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a growing company.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, inventory controls, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory tracking with software and regular inventory counts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to determine material requirements and submit material requests.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to organize and load or unload deliveries.
- Complete various warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Lift and carry up to 60 lbs. as needed.
