Focus Heating & Cooling is looking for a HVAC Service Tech to join their team of service experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment.Wage : $30-$40 an hourJob Responsibilities : Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams Repair & maintain customer HVAC systems Excel in customer relations Keep company truck clean, inside and out Keep truck inventory up to date Properly complete paperwork Join the on-call rotation Maintain a clean and professional appearance Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professionalQualifications : 3 years HVAC technical experience EPA certification Preference given to LEB & LEA holders Ability to pass a background check and drug test Have and maintain a clean driving recordBenefits : Competitive wage based on experience, skills, and certifications Discretionary performance bonuses Generous PTO, & 6 paid holidays Company vehicle to take home at night when working independently Medical insurance with HSA plan as well as dental Company tablet with integrated software and cellphone or reimbursement for use of personal phone when working independently Tools, parts, and supply stipend Simple IRA with a 3% company match
