Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician to join our team at PowderPure. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing raw materials into finished products while ensuring quality and throughput standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Record data from all stages of production, including weighing raw materials, intermediate products, and final products.
- Perform percent solids tests and water activity testing to ensure product quality and optimize throughput.
- Monitor production, identify problems, and take corrective action to protect personnel, equipment, and product.
- Assemble and prepare raw materials, utensils, and equipment for production.
- Clean equipment, containers, and utensils following sanitary procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Working Conditions
The work environment may cause exposure to minor to moderate noise levels due to the use of industrial equipment. The position requires exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity due to working in walk-in refrigeration and freezer units.
